Without Accountability, There is No Unity

Conscious accountability actions are a priority during a climate crisis, anti-Asian Racism, and world pandemic.

There is a lot going on about Unity… However, we need to keep realistic that without accountability, there cannot be unity. Also, equity plays a huge part too.

“Pit race against race, religion against religion, prejudice against prejudice. Divide and conquer! We must not let that happen here.”
Eleanor Roosevelt

Remember that change does not happen overnight and without a proper, sustainable, and just process being set in motion. By all human beings living on this planet. Here part 1 & part 2 are the messages for you for this weekend of Lunar New year. The Year of The OX❤

There is really good news on the way too!

S1:E7

I’ve been cooking, manifesting, healing, and going through a lot of internal struggles and external bs dealing with a city that is behind in everything! Is so sad, that their actions and lack of knowledge in science have made all of us distrust taking the vaccine. It seems that good results are rising in either country where they have taken science seriously, and have decided to focus on the people's health, instead of profit gains.

Yep, Montreal, QC is a special egocentric, entitlement, and racist city. Here they are taking more than 6 days to give the second dose. This means most who have taken the first one, their immune systems have already been compromised. Hopefully, and praying that this miracle happen. Our bodies can recover and re-generate like others who have taken the second doses at the timeframe it supposed to.

Please pray for us and send us good vibes as we are trying to deal with not just a world pandemic, a government that’s is not helping us but making profit through our misery and creating more insanity instead of helping the most vulnerable and the most affected by this pandemic.

Now on the good note❤

I really love what The Slow Factory is doing and they are trying to embrace open education online for all of us, not just for some of us. Definitely, taking some courses after the new website launch and have a bit of free time. Please donate to their page, as they also help activists and communities thrive during these times.

This is another reason, politicians should not have access to education policies for their own twisted agendas and their political gains. Children are not being taught to think, they are being taught how to think and fit into the countries way of thinking. That’s wrong on so many levels. But that’s something to be aware of and teach our children. Tell them the truth. Learning is not only at school and with teachers who, unfortunately, have a lot more work to do.

Your worth is internal. Don’t let external things and people convince you otherwise. _AO

Waoo that felt weird to even write that. However, this is the journey of writing for a change. Tapping into vulnerability and share without hesitation, fear, self-doubt, and just pure authenticity. Yep, with a few spelling mistakes, grammar issues, and Spanish-English sometimes :)

You might also be wondering where am I going with this. Writing is a craft, is part of the creative process. Creativity for most is not relatable, however, it is everywhere. We just need to pay attention. Listen more. Care more. Get deep into what it feels like to really be a human being. With the immense capabilities that we are all made of. Each of us is here for a purpose.

I’m at a point in this life journey and is true when you learn how to heal your own self, call your own BS, and help others the best way that you can. You find grace and inner confidence.

#Blackhistorymonth: Black-owned businesses [Black owned businesses 1, Black-Owned businesses 2 (Montreal) Black-owned businesses (Canada)]. You honestly save more money and get better service, plus amazing quality. By shopping at these low carbon emission companies, we are providing them with the right ammunition to start abolishing the old system.

The Pandemic Has Fueled a Surge in Anti-Asian Racism-Here's How To Support the Community Right Now
Last week, videos circulated on the internet of a 91-year-old Asian man being forcefully shoved to the ground in…www.wellandgood.com

I’m at a point in my journey, I’m not accepting disrespect, gaslighting, racist jokes, comments, DMs. I’m not accepting what the BS Quebec discrimination and racist people and their leaders are giving my community and me, basically nothing. Lots of higher taxes to pay shi&%t and lack of leadership.

Especially, in science which is why I feel like a caged bird trying to fly but every wall and limitation has been designed and constructed oppressive which makes you want to kill yourself. Yes, that’s what this city does to women, single parents, people with disabilities, and those who don’t fit into the box, the status quo.

With God’s guidance, the universe, my ancestors, and by doing the work, and giving value to you and others in my communities. Is only a matter of time where other doors, will be open for all of us. Because whether the world likes it or not. My daughters are my why and why I work every day, to do the impossible. The many things others keep complaining that they can’t and will never do. That’s your opinion, and that’s alright. I’m just not settling anymore.

Being there and done that. It feels like your soul dies every time because I’ve been allowing them and my surroundings to make me feel this way.

I have accepted to live in misery, struggle, and painful plus traumatic situations just because I’ve been conditioned, programmed to believe that this is all there is.

Especially, for women of color.

We are not meant to rise from the ashes they left us and from the struggles they created for us to keep believing. If you think that working for someone for the rest of your life, getting married, and having kids that’s all there is to have a fulfilling life. Damn, you haven’t lived and you need to wake up from that illusion.

It is not fair what is happening, but these conditions do not define you!

You are not alone and please seek help if you are struggling alone. Mental and emotional stability is a process and there are professionals that can help you get through it. Trust, your inner warrior will thank you for healing parts of yourself that you don’t want to attract anymore.

Yes, the law of attraction is real. Whatever you want to call it.

I say the law of nature because we are all part of nature. Where focus goes so does attention.

You focus on the hurt, negativity, and the worse. That’s what comes back to you. Not saying that not to feel those things because that’s part of being human. Feel it, acknowledge it but don’t stay there.

Yep, we tend to sulk for too long, try to numb our problems.

That’s another reason I stop Alcohol this year. My last drink was on New Year’s Eve. 2021 is to remain alcohol-free, no meat, meditation, yoga daily, learn something every day, read, be present and share more moments with my girls.

Yes, no more wine unless is non-alcoholic. Giving up a negative habit to build better and sustainable ones, is always better for yourself and those around you. Trying to challenge my brain, just like doing yoga every day, and see where my body can go.

Waking up early before kids wake up and write. See where it goes.

Each day is an opportunity to challenge yourself and create fulfillment in your own way. I’m just telling you my version, but you must create your own habits, change your mindset, surround yourself with people who believe in you, and not always put you down because it makes them feel better.

Yes, trust as an empath it hurts more when you know and feels it from your own flesh and blood. I don’t judge because I know those are part of me that needs to heal too.

As well, letting go of the excuses are already pre-made from fearful and disgusting behavior traditional media and their disgusting leaders are creating and profiting.

I’m done with that. Aren’t you yet?

If I want to create a different space and media, I cannot continue building where is being killed and not given the chance because it threatens this white supremacist bigot’s pockets in this city.

No more accepting and believing what my anxiety tells me and not let the expectations and the perception of others destroy my inner joy.

I’m no longer accepting negativity and letting my surroundings and the external dictate my life and what I want to be doing, and love to do.

However, I’m too Latina, I’m trilingual, “You are a single mother? how do you work? That’s so hard… yes it is but it is not my only identity or is not all that I am just because I am a Single Mother.

This city, the systems, and everything makes me feel and it is designed this way. That what I do or who I am is not good enough and that I belong in the kitchen, or cleaning houses. Which by the way, there is nothing wrong with working for a decent job and still do your own thing. Some people just settle and want to continue living small and comfortably. I learned at a very young age, when you betray yourself to please others or for them to accept you or include you, is internal suicide.

This space we are creating on the new website and through our channels. Is to keep dismantling, to keep growing, showing up imperfectly, and not letting any limited belief within us and externally dictate our life.

Writers do write every day, and that’s awesome for those who do. I admire your bravery and I know that consistency came with a lot of self-sacrifices and internal battles that only you know.

Some of you writers also are parents and are feeling like crap when other writers, very good ones, have no children. Yep, we love to compare ourselves but it just to make excuses. That’s okay. Recognizing and being aware of our weaknesses is where we also find our strengths.

Just to make clear though, parents who are writers and creatives plus activists. You cannot compare to others’ journeys. It kills your inner child and joy.

Remember, that raising conscious, smart, anti-racist, woke, and empathetic children are not easy at all. Let a single parent. Please give yourself credit, as you don’t fit into the boxes society and others are trying for you to believe.

It is scary to do the inner work. Getting deep with our pains, struggles, and darkness and not letting us consume us. Keeping our egos in check. Instead of using it as our weapon and our strongest shield against anything or anyone trying to do us harm.

Yep, accepting that whatever opinions or things people say about me are not my business. Also, focus on other people and what they might think or say. It’s exhausting. From now on, I invite you to live in your truth, don’t be an asswipe, and be kind to others. Because when you are conscious human and you are aware of your own actions and others. This is where the possibility and the magic of changing and evolving in a way that benefits our planet, create equality, harmony and brings peace to all of us and not just for some of us.

Living with intentions and purpose might surprise a lot of people, sometimes even own self. I wake up with the intention and a purpose to be a better mom, better writer, better content creator, better freelancer, better painter, and just a better person to my mind and self so I can continue to be of service to my communities and to those who surround me.

I want my daughters to learn from me, or that I inspire in them their inner creativity and purpose to do good, stay true, and get paid their worth.

Building wealth is not easy, but it doesn’t mean is impossible just because a bunch of white asswipes leaders or just some men mentality and patriarchy has dictated that women are supposed to be in this box and if they are out or resist, they are not respected or appreciated or worse, not heard… However, here is my questions to my ladies: Has that ever stop any women ever from achieving the impossible?

Now, why do you think you should stop being you because other men or people tell you or their negative and low vibration opinions matter?

Does that mindset pay your bills though? Think about it. Hard.

Remember, if we want equality beautiful earth queens. We need to think about it, breathe it, sleep with it, and show that kind of respect and integrity to ourselves first. EVERYDAY. Until it becomes normal, and even then we should still demand equality.

Together.

This is where the real change will happen. The female divinity is what these systems hate and want to try to suppress or destroy by any means necessary when we retaliate and do not conform.

Demand equal pay. Is your right.

If they don’t give it, at least you try. But start applying somewhere else or working on building your product or service you can start offering online and making some money on the side.

Other companies are doing equal pay and probably working for less and for something you actually like doing.

Don’t settle women. Ask, demand, and demand for more.

Take the space you need, is obvious we have been hiding for a long time. Look at this mess. Belinda from New Zealand should be our reminder of hope. Kamala Harris is our reminder that despite all odds, your voice matter, opportunities are there you just need to work for it and demand what you need and don’t settle for less.

To start unity with accountability we have to start, with land back, retaliation, healing, and more I’ve mentioned here.

Your Consideration For Others Creates Inner Happiness.
Kindness and compassion are our superpowers.writersyep.medium.com

Many women are already demonstrating to us that yes we can. We just need to do the inner work, heal and start believing in ourselves plus our divine spiritual gifts and talents that we all possess.

And not just women and men. LGBTQ+, Cisgender, Transgender, Transsexual, *note that you will sometimes see an Astrid after Trans (Trans*) which is meant to include both transgendered and transsexual individuals*Binary, Non-Binary or genderqueer, Genderfluid, Agender- Not identifying with any gender. Sometimes referred to as being genderless or gendervoid, Bigender, Polygender or multigender, Gender Apathetic, Androgyne, or basically anyone who does not fit into a binary gender category. Intergender, Demigender, or Terms can include demigirl, demiboy, demiagender, etc. Greygender, Aporagender,
Maverique, Novigender, Designated gender, Transitioning, Intersex- A biological difference in sex that is when people are born with genitals, gonads, and/or chromosomes that do not match up exactly with male or female. Intersex individuals can have any romantic/sexual orientation and can have any gender identification. Intersex individuals are about as common as redheads. Dyadic, Trans Woman, Trans Man, Trans Feminine, Trans Masculine.

These matter to a lot of people, and we need to start educating ourselves and respect them. I see you and we hear you. Your story matter, and soon your voice will be the hope, the colorful diversity, and joy we wish to start seeing in news and media from now on.

The ones the never give up, even when the entire world is constantly reminding you that you should not even try… that is not going anywhere…

Always the opinions of those who have no idea how to build a side hustle (basically what you love to do every day), deal with people not understanding you or disrespecting your choices along also working full time or part-time. It has been extra harder this year to achieve this, and it’s okay. There are lessons in our struggles and last year and these two months are a lot of lessons already. Which I’m so grateful for and still learning every day.

That’s being human. Writers are humans. And that’s something that has stopped me from really writing all these years.

I punished myself every single day, because I know I will be judge, criticize and ridicule on social media, here, and around me.

If you’ve been here reading the articles, you have probably do think it. “Phoney scientist writer talking about life and sh$%t we should be doing like she knows anything”.

I know right? But the truth is that all I really know, is what I don’t know, I ask or read or research. But it is still my own truth and my perception, which I check daily.

The uncomfortable hurts and it makes us resist and NOT face what we know we need to access internally. To make sure we don’t project our unhealed and darkness into others. I am what you are too. A human flesh created by God and I’m the same as anyone else. Not better or less.

Just being a person and sharing the truth because my spirit is ancient. I’ve been here many lifetimes before. I have forgotten who I was, however, that’s the beauty and magical part of doing the inner work and meditating.

Creating that inner space, to progress towards getting comfortable with the uncomfortable. That resilience is nothing without empathy and compassion to oneself and gives back to others. Equity, accountability, circular economy, and liberation are possible. We have to keep our faith, high vibrations plus intentions align with our good daily deeds. Don’t give up. ❤

Be kind to your planet, to you, and others.

Love and Light,

_AO.
