The full moon is a time for cleansing and clearing, but you’ve gotta be ready to let the light in. Speaking of digging deeper, journaling during a full moon is a fantastic way to pull out some learnings from your unconscious mind. You can start with a prompt like “What’s been weighing on my mind recently,” and let your writing take you on an explorative journey to get to the core of whatever’s been dragging your energy down.
Another idea is to imagine a conversation between you and the moon, asking her to share her messages with you.
Afterward, you might even want to try a meditative ritual bath, cleanse your auras, charge your crystals and cleanse them with a mantra ex:
“I cleanse my space with light and loving energy. Love and light surround me now. I cleanse my space with love and peace. Love and peace surround me now. I cleanse my space with boundless white light. I am safe. I am protected. Only good dwells here.”

Don’t worry — this full moon should be pretty tame. Late Scorpios, early Capricorns, late Tauruses, early Geminis, late Leos, and early Virgos might feel this full moon the most intensely. If you’re one of these signs, make sure you carve out time for self-reflection mix with self-care as you might find that you come up with some powerful epiphanies.

Another tip I recommend that has worked before ❤ Once you are done with your meditation, take your pen and paper and write down 1–3 cords of attachment you would like to release and let go of. Here is a guide to get you started-
“I recognize I am attached to/holding on to __________ this cord of attachment is unhealthy for me because ________. I thank this cord of attachment for teaching me_________ but it’s time to let it go. I want to let it go. I want to be free and clear of this cord.”
This is just an example, you can create your own that aligns and resonates with you. Here is also where we can unite and combine forces on a higher spiritual level together this 22 ;) that it just so happen to be at its peak at 8:18 pm est time. ❤
We can add, justice, green new deal, Land back, stopline3, negative side terminal effects from taking the new vaccines, change of education, tax the rich, decolonization of everything, circular economy, anti-racism + spirituality education, equity for all, eradicate poverty, let go of lack, toxic mentality, and reduce climate change impacts by implementing sustainability ecosystems. These are just a few I added to my list, but if you are drawn to these, then go ahead and add them to your list of manifestations and let’s do this!
Then, fold up your papers and drop them into your jug of water. Now you are going to be your own water-bearer and transmute the energies of these attachments.
Holding the jug in both hands and standing over your window or the garden, recite the following 8 times. On the 8th repetition, pour your water out, returning it to the Earth.

We may have had to let go of so much over the last year. We may find ourselves standing in an empty field, wondering where our “old life” has disappeared to.
There is a beautiful frequency flowing in with this Full Moon that reminds us that no matter where we stand today, the power and love that we have cultivated in the past still exists.
While we may be looking at a totally different life, the energy of our past triumphs still remain, and we can use that power, that love, and that strength of our past and apply it to this new chapter that is waiting for us.

Love yourself more to discern and walk away from toxic situations, places, and people. Basically, the spirit is trying to say, take care of yourself better, respect your cleaning and healing after sex rituals, protect your energy at all costs and value yourself more so that you can attract like-minded clients and they match the frequency you are emitting and attacking. I never understood the importance of taking care of your sexual healing as it connects to your emotional intelligence. I was never taught this, and I wish I’ve been. Women/Men, there is also sexual healing care that needs to be taught in schools, not just how to prevent getting pregnant. Honestly, after my breakup, I decided because towards the end it wasn’t a pleasant experience for my spirit. I don’t want to ever fall in love or have sex with anybody unless it had the potential to be a healthier long-term relationship.
Being abstinent for many years and very happy I had, as I’ve learned to self-heal my second chakra and haven’t mixed my energies with anybody. Having this mindset, also helped me develop a better understanding of my crystal healing and alchemy learning. (working progress but love learning every single day!) Decided to focus on my relationship with my daughters, my work, my creativity (dharma), God, the cosmos, the universe, angels, and ancestors; and no I don’t own a vibrator but looking into it :)

My body is sacred and I’m the one, dude/soulmate/twin flame (wtv is called these days) kinda gal. He's out there somewhere, healing and dealing, just like most of us in the collective.
